Bottled Bold Citrus - Eau de Parfum

Make a vibrant summer statement with BOSS Bottled Bold Citrus, the new fresh limited edition, a zesty Eau de Parfum with an explosion of powerful citrus notes.

Delivering a burst of boldness, this scent takes inspiration from the BOSS man’s confidence and sophisticated warm-weather pursuits.
With radiant citrus notes, this fragrance is a daring, invigorating expression of freshness.
Crafted by principal perfumer Sophie Labbé and master perfumer Honorine Blanc, BOSS Bottled Bold Citrus opens with intense top notes of Primofiore Lemon and Bergamot.

Zesty accords pulse through the heart, with honeyed Elemi extract and green leafy Geranium Bourbon essence amping up the brightness.

Patchouli and Vetiver essences form a rich base, closing this elevated composition with a nod to the woody olfactive signature of the original BOSS Bottled fragrances.
The iconic BOSS Bottled fragrance bottle is refreshed in a bright green double-lacquered finish, channeling the uplifting spirit of this limited-edition scent.

I like the smell of it but I was expecting it to be a little fresher based on the name of it. It's good but nothing special . I do like that it has a similar identity to the original boss fragrance.

    Synthetic citrus

The opening of Bold Citrus reminds me of LV Afternoon Swim. It has the same synthetically sweetened "citrus flavor" vibe, like how Sunny D kinda tastes like orange juice but doesn't actually come from oranges. It's "bold" in that it's invasive and stings the nostrils. The drydown is musky-woody, no patchouli or vetiver in sight. I would say it's disappointing but I'd be lying if I said I was expecting this to be any good.
