Doesn’t apply easily- won’t buy again

I have very thin eye brows and have been a long time user & fan of the Hourglass eyebrow pencil. Someone suggested I switched to this Anastasia product. I like the color but beyond that, I have been dissatisfied  with how difficult it is to apply and create a solid looking brow. When I finish the product, I am switching back to Hourglass.

Quality Control…Necessary

I bought to replace the defined I was using. With no window to see the product level, I was guessing when I would run out. Apparently, I purchased it too soon, the store would not replace the defective pencil since it had been longer than 30 days of purchase. The pencil ratchets & will not extend further than 1/2”. With no replacement, it is money wasted. Will find another brand that stands behind their product.
