Calm essentiel really nice

This is lovely I have been using a few years now. Only one problem sometimes it doesn’t come out very easy. Takes a minute or so. Also I was upset with my delivery we were in but the delivery man just left a note to say it was going to a post office for me collect. Which was about 3miles away and I have trouble walking and no transport. So I don’t think I will order on line again

Terrible container/pump action poor.

I ordered two of the Calm-Essential Repairing Balm 30ml after receiving a small tester which I liked. Of course, the tester was not in the pump action 30ml bottle so there was no problem with the small tester. It’s not a cheap product - but already the pump action is not working so the product will not come out. I have only used it for two days and it’s not working!! I don’t recommend buying it. Very disappointed. CLARINS, change the packaging!!
