[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving the Dr. Jart+ Ceramidin Serum Toner! It feels creamy and soothing, and leaves my skin super soft and hydrated. Great for dry or sensitive days—maybe a bit heavy if you’re oily, but perfect for me.

My favorite barrier toner
I had a retinol burn and this helped me so much repair my skin barrier its so thick and super hydrating and cooling + with the barrier cream they’re unbelievable
