Smells amazing but does not last

Can someone tell me why this smells absolutely amazing but does not last longer than 15 minutes? The scent is so good. I am just very disappointed that it does not last. I want to smell my sweatshirt three hours later and still be able to smell the perfume and I cannot smell a thing. Should be more long lasting for the price and the brand.
