Clumping and flaking

I purchased this mascara about a month and a half ago. It lengthens and volumizes my lashes and gives them an intense black color. However, it tends to clump at the roots, and after 4–6 hours it flakes underneath my eyes. Because of these issues, I wouldn’t repurchase it.
