Top tier eyeliner

I use mainly use this eyeliner for the liquid tip end it’s by far the best eyeliner I’ve ever used. I’ve used eyeliners from drugstore to other prestige brands and nothing compares to Tarte! The color is a deep, rich black and the felt tip is soft and glides easily on the skin. It lasts all day without smearing or fading. I highly recommend it

Hmmm questionable

I like other TARTE products, but I’m not convinced on this one. On the first use, the gel side broke apart and caked on my eyelid, and the liquid side was very wet. I was too scared and pressed for time to risk a botch/ inky clean-up.
