Oil Control Yet Has Oil In It 🤔

How are you gonna make an oil control primer that has OIL in it? My bad for not reading the ingredients sooner but seriously broke out after using and didn’t know why until I looked back at the ingredients.

I really didn’t like this primer. It started pilling right after I applied it, even before putting any makeup on. When I added foundation, it made everything worse, my skin looked patchy, textured, and uneven . I also tried letting it sit and dry, but it still didn’t help. Overall, it didn’t perform well at all and I wouldn’t recommend it.
