My very favorite toner

I have been using fat water for about 4 years, and it is the only toner I will use. I love the way it balances my skin before putting on facial products. So obsessed with this toner, I always have an extra bottle.

Great toner for dry skin. I keep it in the fridge and use it in the mornings. It nicely tones my skin and is a good base for everyday makeup as well.
