It’s a no for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly expected more from this. It feels like the put glitter mix with a sticky primer for glitter added a little “color” and called it a eyeshadow stick. Too sticky and too glittery. I did not like it. The promo for this to me is deceiving.
