Stunning once you figure it out

Does this grab every dry patch and act finicky with other products? Yes. Does it look stunning once you figure out how to use it? Also yes. Make sure you are exfoliated. For me it’s also fingers only. Do not use a brush, it won’t work. It also does not like primer or certain sunscreen. I apply it over the glow recipe dew shield and it lays perfectly all day. It dries down and does not move which is nice because I don’t like sticky skin tints.
