I wanted to love it, but it has two major flaws

This product seems to have replaced Sephora's previous vitamin C + E serum, which was one of my very favorite products. I was really excited because it seemed like the same serum in new, cuter packaging, but it has two major flaws that have made me decide to stop buying and using it, sadly. The first one is that the formula must have changed a little because this new version causes my makeup that I usually wear on top to ball up / pill up. It makes it look like I have dead skin coming off of me whenever I put on makeup because its definitely reacting with normal makeup products somehow and creating tiny balls of product. The second issue is that the cap doesn't screw on tight at all. I took it in my toiletries bag to travel recently, and it spilled over all of my stuff TWICE even when I tried to screw the cap on as tight as possible. It's unfortunate because this serum's predecessor was the only thing that would sooth my eczema and I truly loved it and wanted to love this one even more, but I'm going to have to find a replacement for these two big reasons.

Very satisfied

This serum has made my skin so glowy and bright. Usually when I try vitamin C products, they brighten for a couple of days and then the effects wear off. For this one, I've been using it for a month and my skin is still glowing. I don't have sensitive skin, but I use Tretinoin as well and sometimes there's just a slight tingle in the morning. I can't speak on the previous formula because I never used it, but this is unscented with a thin consistency. I tried it because I was tired of wasting money on expensive vitamin C products, so for me, I will repurchase again because of the results I've had.
