I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for over a year now, and my hair has never been felt fuller. The price is steeper than I would normally go for, but the result so good I can’t resist!

Confused

Why are there so many reviews starting with the formula wording " I received this product in return for my honest review". I don't understand. And why do they all leave really good reviews and lots of the reviews that don't start with that wording seem to have a more problematic tine with this product?
