Perfect conditioner for fine hair

Great lightweight conditioner, leaves my hair smooth and nourished but not heavy

Simply Silicone

The conditioner makes my hair tangle. My hair blows out nice and smooth but it didn’t truly condition my hair at all. When walking outside in the wind my hair was full of static electricity and not hydrated at all. I believe this and the shampoo are basically silicone that only coats the hair. I am not happy with the quality.
