Waterproof…???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product has gorgeous color, it goes on smoothly and looks great! I chose it to combat watering eyes, because my eyes water from allergies. Sadly it does not stay on throughout the day when my eyes would water from allergies. Other days when they do not water it stays on great!!

Truly Waterproof

I have used this product for many years, and it never fails me. I’ve had good reason this past year to shed tears, and crying while fully made up is an excellent test for any waterproof eye product!
