Not for me not a fan packaging and formula brush

I decided to try a different mascara this time. I do love the TARTE line. I feel like it took a lot of strokes for this mascara to give me the volume the effect that I normally get from other mascara even from drug stores. The packaging on the outside I get it. It’s cute, but it’s also irritating to where you wanna just take the outside of the container off kind of hard to hold at times. I will say that the mascara did not get on my eyelids or my under eyes. That’s why I gave it three stars. I will not purchase this again. This is just my personal opinion. I am 47.

easy to use

I like using the pencil to outline and the brush to fill. So easy!
