Not Waterproof

Definitely not waterproof and often have black smudges under my eyes by the end of the day

Cannot recommend

I’m usually not picky with mascaras. I’ve used drug store mascaras my whole life with no issues. This mascara is truly awful. Flakes off like crazy and is not really that waterproof.
