Use before drying.

This is oil is fine when used sparingly. I do like that it does not have any sort of strong scent so I can use it without being bothered by an overpowering fragrance. I use this before drying my hair and I think it does help to protect my hair from the heat. I find that it isn't as good at taming fly-aways or frizz as other oils, but this does help with the overall condition of my hair. I don't think it is as effective when applied to dry hair.
