We all know a lip plumper that burns like fire but then looks barely different. This lip plumper is tingly but hydrating, glossy, and effective! I felt like it made my lips look healthy and soft! It was the perfect light mint and not sticky. Overall, I love the results and the product itself. I definitely reach for it to finish my lip combo!
