Maybe some need to work up a tolerance to plumpers
I have had a couple of these and had no issues. I was not terribly careful with application and found it fine…I prefer the too faced plumper to this but this is a treatment so maybe that’s why.

It slaps
It slaps like actually its so good and glossy and great im maya or call me mayoosh that also slaps real hard yk the color is absolutely stunning
