Not so waterproof

It’s really pigmented and easy to use. My complaint is longevity: I was expecting it to be waterproof and that has not been my experience. A few days ago, I used this one on one eyelid and the Rare Beauty in the other…rare beauty held up beautifully and one/size was smudged and I barely had a wing.

Don’t get

One of the worst eyeliners I have ever used. Stopped working on me within 3 try’s and dried up so fast I can maybe get half a wing done than it stops working. Even have tried storing it upside down, nothing.
