I’m not sure if I got a faulty product but it was dry straight out of the packaging. :( Will be returning this product.

Don’t waste your time or money!

This eyeliner was my holy grail for years, but every time I’ve purchased in the last few months it’s dried out before I can even use it. I don’t know what happened, but it’s not what it used to be.
