Best Toner for breakouts

I really love this toner!!! Fresh, purifying without drying out the skin and keeps my normal/combination skin refreshed.

Lovely, smells divine and does the job, all products received recently are amazing, havent used a toner for a few years, lasts a long time as only a little is required.
