[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tarte smolder eyes has been a game changer in my eye makeup routine. It’s so easy to create different looks. I will say you need to blend it pretty quickly because after it sets, it’s not moving!

This is great!

I’ve never liked shadow liner pencils—-until now. I really like the way this applies, and if it fades a bit later in the day, I can revive it with a quick brush of my fingers. It’s so easy to use and less messy than powder shadow.
