Save your money- died just outside of warranty

It died just outside of the warranty window (1 year). It wasn't the most comfortable to wear and the strap constantly fell apart so I had to hold it on every time. Definitely would recommend getting something different!

Dies after warranty

Got this as a Christmas gift in December 2023. Honestly, I really liked the product and saw a difference in my skin but in July 2025 it just stopped turning on. I contacted customer care and they said it’s probably the battery and since it is past the one year warranty, they would give me a discount code to buy another one. For the price, I expected this to last at least 3 years. For a product to cost this much, I would expect it to last more than 18 months. Really liked it, but would not recommend it due to its short life span.
