Dries out fast

I got it this eyeliner cause i wanted a more toned liner to match my cool tone hair and skin Worked fine for couple of uses then can bearly draw with it

recently bought this eyeliner and was really disappointed. It was dry from the very first use, and the color barely showed up even though the product is brand new. It was honestly the worst choice I’ve made when it comes to makeup. Definitely not worth it.
