السلام عليكم عندي شكوى اشتريت قبل شهر الماسكرا العيون من استلودر السوداء استخدمتها مرتان فقط واصبحت جافه لاأستطيع استخدامها وذهبت لأقرب فرع المراسي واخبروني اذهبي للفرع الذي اشتريتي منه هو فرع الافنيوز وذهبت اليهم واخبرتهم بالموضوع ان أستطيع أسبوعين استبدال الماسكرا وانا جيت في اليوم ١٢ يوم لي الحق للاستبدال وكلمني شخص اسمه احمد واخبرني بنرسل إيميل للشركة وسوف يتم رد عليكي وعطني رقمه للتواصل معه بخصوص الماسكرا وتذكريه من تاريخ 20/6/2025 كتبت له لي حد الآن لم يتم رد علي وعندي صوره من المحادثه للصدق كلامي أتمنى الرد

Pleased with quality, coverage and the look etc but found that the brush is not efficient at separating lashes.
