Great liquid liner!

I personally have not experienced the dryness some users have mentioned, I really like this eyeliner! I’ve been on the hunt for my holy grail eyeliner as all of the “cult favorites” have let me down. The Valentino liquid eyeliner lasts hours and my eyelids get pretty oily through the day.
