Doesn’t control oil

I had high hopes for this as the reviews were great but my skin feels tacky within minutes and like an oil slick within an hour or two. My skin is less oily than it used to be so I’m shocked at how ineffective this is. Would be 1 star but at least it doesn’t pill like other primers.
