Smells weird

I understand and bought this product specifically because it has less harmful chemicals. But, the smell is overbearing. Maybe consider something like lemon or mint. Performance feedback: I'm Caucasian with thin hair. The wax stick didn't work. I still has fly always. Looking like I have car window hair.

Mess

I'm unsure if the issue lies with me or the product. It's a mess every time I use it. The wax cracks off into clumps, leaving residue in my hair. It seems very dry, even after warming it with my hands. Unfortunately, it's not working for me.
