Hydrating and pleasant fragrance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I applied a small amount of the Lip Perfector in the tone Rose Shimmer to my lips. The first thing I noticed was the softness of the applicator. The combination of that softness along with the sweet scent almost reminds me of placing cotton candy on my lips. The formula is okay; it's glossy and hydrating, making it great for preparing the lips for the Lip Comfort Oil in the tone Pitaya.
