It's a silky primer with skin care.

I received a sample of this and it lasted me FOREVER because it's insanely concentrated. It's easy to use too much. It definitely felt very primer-esque leaving your skin with that silky kind of feeling. If you don't like that, you won't like this. But if you do - you'll love it. I did notice a difference in my skin. I have combo/oily skin. Would love to use this regularly but far too $$
