It’s perfectly hydrating without feeling oily, and it gives my skin that smooth, soft focus base that makes my makeup last way longer. There’s a light scent, but nothing overwhelming. I loved the pump aspect of the Grip Trip Hydrating + Plumping Primer, it dispenses so easily, and the purple swirls look super cool. A little really goes a long way, and it applies smoothly without feeling heavy. While it didn’t make my makeup last much longer, I usually only wear a tinted SPF, so that might be why. What I did notice was how nicely it smoothed and blurred my pores, making my skin look more even. Overall, it’s a fun, easy-to-use primer that gives a soft, blurred finish.
