Wanted to love this as i enjoy many AB products, but as other reviewers have noted, this doesn't do much and is too expensive for a subpar lip balm. The texture is pleasant until about 10 minutes in, at which point if i rub my lips together, the balm pills, which i've never experienced before. it's unfragranced but the natural smell of the product is unpleasant (although light and not too lingering), but you can taste it. wouldn't purchase again until it's reformulated.

I’m in my 70s and have had chronically chapped lips since I was a kid. I’ve used many balms over the decades and this is my favorite. No more chapped lips even in winter!
