Great product, useless pump/tube

This instantly calmed my very sensitive skin and within half an hour, the redness on my cheeks was much better. However, this cream is as thick as cold cream and one step away from vaseline in terms of texture. So whoever thought it was a good idea to combine a pump mechanism with a squeezy tube did not realise this would result in pumping air most of the time, with the occasional chunks of gloop flying out. Dear Clarins team, reviews in several countries keep pointing this out to you. Please listen to your customers and change the design.

Calm essentiel really nice

This is lovely I have been using a few years now. Only one problem sometimes it doesn’t come out very easy. Takes a minute or so. Also I was upset with my delivery we were in but the delivery man just left a note to say it was going to a post office for me collect. Which was about 3miles away and I have trouble walking and no transport. So I don’t think I will order on line again
