A must have in my makeup routine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this product for free through Pinch me. I would like to preface this by saying I initially thought it was an eyeliner, but I can see why it is used as a lip liner. The texture is creamy and the color is amazing! I would certainly recommend this for lips or eyes!
