Clean and refreshing

I love this product. I'm on my 2nd bottle. It makes my skin feel soft and refreshed. I normally use 1 layer and then my other products but in lazy days I'll use 2 layers of this toner and go about my day my skin feels soft and not too oily even in this hot texas heat.

I don’t love it mostly because it just doesn’t work for me and I didn’t notice a difference with using it. I mostly just use it because it makes me feel fresh.
