Nuanced beautiful smell, solid hydration

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Got a few sample vials of this, very impressed by the subtle and interesting smell — definitely clove, a little mint, a little floral. Hydration properties are comparable to other hair oils, does the job.

Disappointed

I bought this product to try but it’s basically like scented water. I wonder if I got a scam product (like is there supposed to be a cap?) since the product is basically like scented water. Disappointed
