Stop working after three days - terrible warranty

Stopped working after only three days. Instead of replacing a defective product, Dyson required me to ship to the U.S. for repair. They also wouldn’t return it to my PO Box, making the process even more frustrating. Very disappointing for such an expensive premium brand.

Nice Dryer

I've only used this dryer a handful of times, but so far I really like it. It's so much quieter than my old blow dryer and seems to dry my hair a lot quicker. The diffuser and smoothing attachments seem to work really well. I also like that it's so lightweight - my arm used to get sore drying my hair. My only issue is I've had trouble fitting everything back into the case it came with (the diffuser is too bulky to fit with the dryer and all the other attachments).
