cannot sharpen

This pencil has not been sharpening smoothly for me, despite trying multiple sharpeners. I think I need to return it.

Does not hold up on my hooded eyelids

Even after primer and setting spray the eyeliner prints onto the part of my eyelid that touches my lash line and leaves a mark. Disappointed in the product :(
