Saved My Anxiety. Saved Me.

I am not much one for reviews but anytime something can have an effect on someone’s mental health I feel it is important to share. I have tried EVERYTHING I could get my hands on the natural route this last decade for anxiety and nothing other than medication has ever been able to settle me down. UNTIL THIS. I know it sounds like I am blowing smoke but honestly I put some behind my ears, on my temples and wrists, then BAM a state of calm I cannot explain sets in.
