NOT what I expected

Went to the store and asked for a pencil that stays put on the waterline, also read reviews online. Tried this out a few days before the wedding party and it just ran all over the place. Placed it on to test it out, but after a short while noticed it was transferring to under my bottom lashes and beyond (placed on top lashes). Will be taking back as could not use.
