I'll keep trying to make it work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I normally wear powder foundations and my skin is combination/oily. As I age, the powders can look too dry at first, so I gave this a try. The texture seems good and I think that with some setting powder, this could work. This was my second purchase in hopes of finding the right color. The first one (16N) was too yellow and dark. This one (9N) was the shade recommended by the site, but it looked almost chalky on me. I deducted stars because of how challenging this has been. I've spent a lot of money on the product, so I will continue to try to make it work. I may even buy another color when it's on sale again to see if that one is right for me.

Don't believe the hype

After reading to many positive reviews, I was excited to try this. It was disappointing, at best. I've tried two different shades, different applicators, different ways of setting thinking maybe that was the problem, but no. It doesn't blend into skin or set at all - just sits on the surface and smears around. Also clings to any level of dryness terribly. Definitely not work the money.
