Not that good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a bit hard to apply in the beginning but once it gets a bit moist from the waterline it glides pretty easily. The blue is not vibrant at all it looks like plain black eyeliner.

Smokey Kohl in Beige Flag

The colour is a little too dark for my very yt skin to use in my waterline. But its fantastic to use in eyeshadow looks to lighten. Very smooth application
