Formula change??

Okay. Been using this product for several months and thought I loved it. I purchased a new tube in a lighter shade for winter and I hate it. The formulation is almost different. Very drying under the eyes and looks crusty. Doesn’t wear well

I have dry under eyes and oily skin but I can use it all over my face for dark circles and acne spots. It blends really easily and doesn’t oxidize like other brands.
