It works but the packaging not it

I liked the product and it worked well for me. However, the packaging is very disappointing. It's uncomfortable and difficult to use, and I ended up using scissors to get the product out. The biggest issue is that there is still a lot of product left inside the container, but the packaging doesn't allow it to come out properly. It feels wasteful because I can see there's plenty remaining, yet I can't access it. The product itself is good, but the packaging definitely needs improvement.
