Underwhelmed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will say, I have never met a highlighter that I appreciate, so read my review with that in mind. I do not find this to be a worthwhile product for me as I see very little difference unless over applied, in which case it takes on an unintended effect and becomes far more shimmer than highlight.
