Tacky feel formula

I love, love, love the Hella Thicc black and blue mascaras. This primer didn’t perform well with the mascaras and I was surprised. It made thick and somewhat clumpy looking lashes. Not appealing at all. I wanted to return it but just didn’t get around to it so now I’m stuck with “peach colored lash primer “
