Disappointing

I really wanted to love this but it makes my hair so fluffy and not straight and smooth like a straightener would. If I use it on very small sections of hair at a time it is better but unfortunately this takes 2 x the time that drying it and straightening it using a normal straightener would. It also leaves the top of my hair very frizzy. I wish I just bought the normal straightener instead.
