I have been having hair loss, increased breakage, and now damage from color processing. I have started using the Abbey Yung method and am already seeing improvements. my ends are still damaged, I still need a hair cut, but after 2 months of using this every other week and am noticing less mid-length breakage. I still have to finish off my shampoo, conditioner, and hair mask before I can get new ones to try, but the k-18 has made a notable difference. I plan to add the epres spray before each wash for additional protection from shampoo damage, and I just started using the fable and mane pre-wash oil and have loved that addition as well. despite the directions on the bottle, you can condition after using this product. also careful when using near the scalp, there is alcohol in this so open the hair shaft to allow for penetration of the active ingredients so it will dry out most scalps and cause itching. I think this may be a reason some people have experienced damage and brittle hair after using. again- YOU CAN CONDITION! :)
